Sometimes we just need a little mid-week pick-me-up. Although picking up a chill glass of rosé is always tempting, sometimes I want something light and sparkling that doesn't have alcohol.
I tried this recipe a couple days ago and really loved the taste. It's like summer in a glass. I knew I had to share it.

Made this drink last weekend and loved it - had to share. Enjoy!
JUICE (or finely grate) ginger into a bowl, add in honey and blend. Add ice to a glass tumbler. Blend ginger syrup with rest of ingredients and pour over ice. Serve with a dash of lemon zest over the top. Cheers!
